Plans and contracts

One price per tracker, per month. This page explains the plans and the terms in plain English. Prices are also on our pricing page, and the full legal wording is in our terms of service.

Two kinds of plan

Inc. tracker. We supply the FMM003 plug-in tracker, its SIM and mobile data, and the platform, on one monthly price. We own the tracker during its term.

Service only. Buy the FMM003 outright for $250 inc GST, then pay a lower monthly rate for the platform and the tracker’s mobile data. The tracker is yours from day one.

Every plan comes with a tracker from us — included in the monthly price, or bought outright.

Prices

All prices are per vehicle per month, inc GST, for fleets of 1–20 vehicles.

Inc. tracker: $35 per vehicle per month. The FMM003 tracker is included.
Service only: $25 per vehicle per month, plus the FMM003 tracker bought outright for $250 inc GST.

Plug-in trackers are self-install. If you’d rather we fit them, we can install for a fee.

Billing

Inc. tracker plans are invoiced monthly in advance, on or about the 1st. The first month for each tracker is charged pro rata from its activation date. Invoices are due within 14 days, by direct debit or EFT. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

The term (Inc. tracker plans)

Inc. tracker plans run for a 36-month term for each tracker, from the day it’s activated.
Add trackers any time by emailing us. On an Inc. tracker plan, each new tracker starts its own 36-month term.
After the term, the tracker keeps reporting month to month at the Service only rate, until either of us gives 30 days’ written notice.
At the end of the term, the tracker is yours to keep.

Faulty, lost or damaged trackers

On an Inc. tracker plan, if a tracker fails during its 36-month term because of a defect or fair wear and tear, we repair or replace it free. Lost, stolen or damaged trackers can be replaced for a replacement fee, and the monthly fee continues for the rest of the term. If we replace a faulty tracker, send the old one back within 14 days, or a replacement fee applies.

On a Service only plan the tracker is yours. If it needs replacing, a new FMM003 is $250 inc GST.

Cancelling early (Inc. tracker plans)

If you cancel early, the rest of the term is payable. To cancel a tracker early, give us 30 days’ written notice. The early termination amount is the Inc. tracker rate for each month (or part month) left in that tracker’s term, plus anything unpaid. Once it’s paid, the tracker is yours. Monthly fees continue during the notice period, and the amount is payable within 14 days.

Your data

Trip and location history is kept on the platform for 24 months. Your vehicle and trip data is yours: you can export it during the term and for 30 days after the service ends.

Good to know

The service isn’t an emergency or safety service, and we can’t guarantee to recover a stolen vehicle.
